If you are a renter, does your home allow for pets?

This next question is asked because breeder believes that every puppy/dog should never go to a shelter but rather be in a home that provide for him or her in a loving environment.

If you are a renter and are approved for a puppy adoption, will you if you ever cannot have your puppy/dog for any circumstances; agree to bring puppy/dog back to breeder. Breeder will rehome to loving approved home and refund you at rehoming. Amount refunded is minus marketing costs , veterinarian care, and extended stay beyond 4 weeks time.
