Purchase Agreement of Shih Tzu Puppy.

The breeder and buyer agree as follows:

1. Deposit: A Non-Refundable deposit of $Not Available is due and paid to Shih Tzu Kennels upon execution of this Agreement. The deposit will be applied to the final Purchase Price. (Defined in section #2 purchase price)
2. Purchase Price: The full purchase price of $Not Available is agreed with the balance due in full at least 72 hours prior to pick up/delivery of the puppy/dog. Any shipping and handling or boarding expenses are the responsibility of the buyer and are entirely separate from the total purchase price in this agreement. All payments due under this Agreement shall be made in US Dollars and paid to the Breeder via payments through Good Dog and or Shih Tzu Kennels.

2A Sales Tax: The Idaho State sales tax is a requirement of the State of Idaho. The current rate is 6.5 percent. Sales tax will be added to the final price at pick up. Total price with tax $______________.

Is due on or before pick up of puppy.

He/She buyer acknowledges that the deposit is non-refundable. Should buyer decide to not take puppy for any reason? In the case buyer is placing a deposit on an expected delivery of litter, buyer acknowledges that the breeder cannot control litter sizes and that the wait time for puppies can be longer than expected. Buyer may elect to have the deposit transferred to the next litter.
